Goals & Objectives
The Central Florida Chapter’s Board of Directors has developed the following goals/objectives for the Chapter’s FY09 Action Plan. We have established specific actions for each goal/objective and incorporated them in the action plan. Our Action Plan aligns with the NDIA Top Issues.
- Continue liaison with Central Florida congressional delegations
- Continue our proactive liaison with Central Florida city and county governments
- Continue liaison with Central Florida Veterans Affairs
- Promote awareness and appreciation for DoD presence within Central Florida
- Promote growth and career opportunities in the Central Florida private sector
- Promote free and open communications with the government
- Continue to aggressively promote the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Workforce Program
